INTERACTIVE SELF-DEFENSE CLASS FOR GIRLS AND WOMEN AT USTC

SATURDAY, APRIL 29

12:30pm – 2:30pm

Taught by nationally renowned founder, author, and speaker, Erin Weed, this 2-hour seminar is PACKED with information and protection techniques for females age 13 and up.

Cost: $25 per individual until March 30
$30 per individual after March 30
GROUP RATE! $20 per person for groups of 10 or more
NOTE: Group registrations must be received together to qualify for this discount

• How to understand and act upon intuitive warning signals

• Loose, comfortable clothing in which you can move freely
• Shoes or sneakers comfortable for standing

What to bring: (optional)
• Water, a hand towel, and a light snack are suggested
• Consider bringing a SMALL cushion or pillow for sitting on the surface during the brief lecture portions
